BBS provides Barnes CDir with support services to ensure clients receive professional service at all times eliminating potential missed calls. A dedicated telephone number was set up and prior to commencement the BBS team were given further information in terms of the type of calls anticipated. All messages taken by BBS are conveyed via email or text to the client.

Inbound Call Handling
Sockshop are an online retailer who approached BBS to provide customer support via dedicated inbound lines. This involves taking orders, handling product/stock enquiries and customer queries/complaints. BBS set up a dedicated call line for Sockshop to be open 8am-7pm Monday to Friday. Meetings were hosted by members of the management team with the clients to establish their exact needs from this call line.
Once this had been discussed, all members of the BBS team were briefed and trained on the websites to ensure they were confident with the products. BBS handle the order line and additionally any customer service enquiries including complaint handling. Anything that BBS are not able to handle are forwarded immediately.
